Aroma Therapy for the Feet £40 approx 1 hour in clinic
AromaTherapy for the Feet is a treatment that combines the use of therapeutic Aromatherapy Essential Oils in conjunction with Traditional Reflexology and lower leg massage. It allows your Reflexology treatment to be tailored to your needs and likes, helping to create balance with the body.
Reproductive Reflexology
£40 with Helen approx 1 hour in clinic
Reflexology for fertility can be used as a stand alone treatment to enhance your natural fertility, or with all forms of assisted conception, including Clomid, IUI, IVF and ICSI. It can be used to support individuals and couples using surrogacy or donors in IVF cycles. Maternity Reflexology uses reflexology to support the natural event of pregnancy and birthing. Research studies have found that women receiving regular Reflexology during pregnancy have better pregnancies, shorter birthing with less intervention and happy babies.
Babies and Children £30 approx 45 minutes in clinic
Gentle Touch Reflexology is a beautiful, soothing and effective treatment where a very light touch is applied to either the child’s hands or feet. It can be very helpful in supporting your child to cope with regular childhood illnesses. We will give you some self-help techniques to take away with you so your child will benefit outside of the clinic.
Functional Reflexology (FRT) with Deb £40 approx 1 hour in clinic
FRT supports the mental health and wellbeing of children and adults with high levels of anxiety and stress, Autism and Autistic Spectrum Disorders, intellectual difficulties, neurological disorders and communication issues. It is effective in the education system and a variety of other settings with 1:1 Reflexology therapeutic intervention. We will be able to give carers helpful advice and techniques to use on a daily basis to support your wellbeing.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) £40 approx 1 hour in clinic
Reflexology Lymph Drainage is an award-winning Reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes in the feet.
The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It uses a unique sequence that has been developed by Sally Kay BSc (Hons), whilst working in cancer care.
RLD is a gentle, non-invasive Reflexology technique that has been devised to mirror the methods and effects of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD). Pressure is applied to specific lymphatic reflexes in a particular sequence on the feet or hands.
Hand Reflexology

Similar to Foot Reflexology, but gentle pressure is applied to specific reflex points in the hands. You can also use Hand Reflexology on yourself and we will give you some self-help techniques to take away with you.
Facial Reflexology

A non-invasive treatment based on the same principle that reflex points on your face are connected to every area of your body and by stimulating the reflexes helps bring balance into the body. The added benefit of Facial Reflexology is a healthy, youthful glow to your complexion.
Holistic Facial £40 approx 1 hour in clinic
A deep cleansing holistic facial incorporating a 12 point facial Reflexology treatment. The treatment includes cleansing, exfoliation, organic mask and a hydrating massage using GuaSha which are jade tools used to increase blood flow and collagen production in your face.
Facial Cupping £45 approx 1 hour in clinic
Facial Cupping is incredibly relaxing and at the same time tones the muscles and increases blood flow. This process stimulates the production of collagen and elastin which plump and tighten the muscle structure of the face. The lymphatic drainage element removes puffiness and helps to clear the skin. It can also lessen pigmentation, producing a more even skin tone after just a few treatments. You will really ‘feel’ the difference immediately. Ear Reflexology
Auricular Therapy £42 approx 1 hour 15minutes in clinic
Ear reflexology stems from Auricular Acupuncture and is administered by working on the ears. Based on the idea that the ear, just like the hands, face and feet is a microsystem on which the entire body is mapped. Auricular therapy is one component of Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
When we wish to target a specific issue in the body we use a couple of tools, an ear probe and ear seeds. This technique is called Auricular taping or ear seeding. Once applied, the ear seeds provides continuous stimulation of the targeted points. You can think about it as a time-release reflexology session that is still active long after you’ve left the treatment room!

Time keeping
Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated, as is arriving for your appointment on time.
It is important that your appointment time is fully utilised for your relaxation and not impacted in anyway due to late arrival.
We will always try to accommodate your full appointment time were possible, but we do reserve the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure others are not affected.
Cancellation policy
Sometimes it is necessary to reschedule an appointment. We ask that you kindly give as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.
We do reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee per missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
