Your commitment to your appointment time is very much appreciated, as is arriving for your appointment on time.
It is important that your appointment time is fully utilised for your relaxation and not impacted in anyway due to late arrival.
We will always try to accommodate your full appointment time were possible, but we do reserve the right to shorten your treatment time to ensure others are not affected.
Cancellation policy
Sometimes it is necessary to reschedule an appointment. We ask that you kindly give as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.
We do reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee per missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.
